Summit helped me purchase my first boat and the service that they provided me was first class all the way till the purchase and after. Communication was a big factor with being three hours away and not being able to stop by everyday. They had amazing communication through calls, E-Mails, and messages. I never felt out of the loop and knew everything that was going on, any questions I had about the boat that I asked for him to find out I was notified within a couple of hours. They were very knowledgeable about the boat that I had purchased and took time out of his Sunday to take me for a test run in 40 degree weather. These two guys were amazing through the whole process and made it very painless. The fact that they took time out of their days and especially through the holidays showed me genuine service. Our 1997 Ski Nautique looks, runs, and performs better than a brand new one, due to your professional staff and kind assistance. We love the new tower with the canopy cargo top, along with the racks for our gear. Your professional staff not only installed the tower to perfection, but pulled, rebuilt, and re-installed the transmission, installed a new starter, replaced all new wiring with ignition switch, and lastly, they replaced all new seals where needed after taking the boat out for a test run. This was all done with out hesitation and inside of two weeks from start to finish, that ultimately resulted in our boat performing and handling better than new. My family and I cant say THANK YOU and YOUR STAFF enough and we look forward to many years with you servicing our boat.

I cannot be happier with the service and experience I have had with Summit Boats! They listen and understand that I truly cherish my boat and treat it as such. I keep it at the lake on a lift and don't own a trailer for it. They were more than capable and happy to address the service on the lake and even pick the boat up and take it to their shop.
